Article 8: Delivery

Unless otherwise instructed by you and prior agreement from Stéphane ARNETTE (known as jas), the products purchased are shipped to the delivery address provided by you when ordering, in protective packaging adapted to the specific needs of each product. Stéphane ARNETTE (known as jas) will always endeavor to offer you as standard a shipping method offering very satisfactory levels of protection, speed and security at the best cost.

As standard, Stéphane ARNETTE offers you the following shipping methods, always with appropriate protection against shocks (cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, rigid envelopes, etc.):

in France: ordinary postal mail for small shipments (ex-libris, 1 to 3 comic albums, etc.) or colissimo for larger shipments (more than 3/5 comic albums, screen prints).

Registered shipping is always possible at your request with a supplement of 4 euros.

in Europe: postal mail at the economic “books” rate at the same price as for shipments in France, for shipments of maximum 2 kg and without registered mail. Above 2 kg, sending by priority international mail or international parcel depending on the weight. Chronopost type shipping and additional insurance available at your request for an additional fee.

outside Europe: postal mail at priority international rate, registered compulsory from a value of 75 euros. Other options (Chronopost, insurance, etc.) available at your request for an additional fee.

You remain free to choose a different shipping method, with Stéphane ARNETTE's agreement, to benefit from superior guarantees. From the moment of shipment, the products travel at your risk and Stéphane ARNETTE cannot be held responsible for losses and damage attributable to the carrier, which are covered by the general conditions of the carriers and the specific insurance that you have chosen to take out. .

Please note, if you receive a visibly damaged package, you must, depending on the carrier, make immediate reservations in writing in the presence and signature of their agent; or even, with the Post Office, refuse the package so that it is returned and Stéphane ARNETTE can then involve postal insurance. Sending by registered mail is desirable because in the event of non-receipt of the products by Stéphane ARNETTE (known as jas) it will be up to you to prove reshipment and in the event of loss by the carrier to take steps to obtain compensation.
